Ms. Putri Nurul 'Aainaa Binti Rusli is an academic staff member at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She is dedicated to delivering quality education through student-centred teaching approaches that encourage critical thinking, active learning, and the practical application of business and accounting knowledge.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. Her academic background has equipped her with strong expertise in accounting, business management, and higher education, enabling her to support students in developing both academic excellence and industry-relevant competencies.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Ms. Putri Nurul 'Aainaa has obtained several professional certifications to enhance her teaching and professional practice. She is a HRD Corp Certified Trainer and an IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, demonstrating her commitment to innovative learning methodologies, professional development, and continuous improvement in higher education.
Throughout her career at MMU, Ms. Putri Nurul 'Aainaa has undertaken various academic and leadership responsibilities. She previously served as the Deputy Director of Student Lifestyle and Experience (STyLE), where she contributed to initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement, holistic development, and campus life through collaborative programmes and institutional activities.
Currently, she teaches a range of business and accounting-related courses across various academic levels while actively contributing to curriculum development, student engagement initiatives, academic administration, and faculty activities. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that bridge academic knowledge with industry expectations, preparing students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required in today's dynamic business environment.
