Noor Ziela Abd Rahman received her B. Eng. (Hons.) Electronics from Multimedia University in 2007, her M. Eng. (Electrical) from the University of Technology Malaysia in 2013, and her PhD (Engineering) from Multimedia University in 2023. In 2007, she was with Telekom Malaysia as a telecommunications engineer. In 2009, she joined Multimedia University as an academic staff. She is presently working on radio network planning and algorithms that focus on broadband fixed wireless access. She actively developed her technical leadership as a Principle Investigator and member of FRGS grants and MMU internal grants. She has written peer-reviewed journal and conference articles related to her work. Her passion and dedication to research related to telecommunication engineering have geared up her decision to join Webe Digital Sdn Bhd as RF planner for the industrial attachment programme from July 2019 to June 2020. Currently, she is in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Multimedia University, resuming her post as an academician.
