Ms. Cheah Yeh Ying is currently a Lecturer with the Faculty of Business ( Human Resources Management), Multimedia University Malacca. She obtained her MBA (HRM) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia and a certified HRDF trainer.. She has worked with various higher education institutions and has over 20 years of experience in education industry with a background in administration and in college-wide strategic planning activities, along with consultancy experiences with two major projects for Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
In recent years, she has actively published various research publications in the areas of employee wellbeing, employee engagement and psychosocial work environment.
Previously a project leader and team member in 4 Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). She has various awards in Innovations and Inventions.
