Biography
Ms. Vinothini Apoo is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Business (FOB), Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate students, particularly in the field of Human Resource Management. She holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management and graduated with First Class Honours in Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management. She also obtained her Diploma in Business Administration from Multimedia University, Malaysia. Her current research interests include Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) and Employee Engagement.
