Biography
Dr. Tan Yun Yi obtained her Bachelor degree in Digital Media (Hons) in 2009 and accomplished her Ph.D. in Educational Technology at The University of Hong Kong in 2018. Her research interest stems from a deep fascination with creative media and technology, as well as their potential to enrich learners' educational journeys.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds great joy in community engagement, dedicating her time as a volunteer to provide digital literacy training and support for senior citizens. Her project "Bengkel Teknologi Senior" was the recipient of Star Golden Hearts Award 2020 by The Star and Yayasan Gamuda for promoting digital inclusion among senior citizens through workshops that empower them to live independently.
