Biography

Dr. Tan Chi Hau is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. He is an active researcher and innovator with numerous publications in esteemed journals, including Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Industry and Higher Education, Current Psychology, and SAGE Open. His current research focuses on human resource development, higher education, and innovation marketing and management.
