Biography
I am an associate professor in the Faculty of Computing and Informatics at Multimedia University, Malaysia. My main research interest is in machine learning, particularly to address problems in sensor-based activity recognition. While still working in this area, my other research interests include probabilistic modelling, information theory and data analytics. I have a degree in computing from Staffordshire University, UK, a master degree in information technology from Malaysia University of Science and Technology and a PhD degree in computer science from Massey University, NZ.
