Biography
Dr. Prabha Kumaresan currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Computing and Informatics at Multimedia University (MMU) in Malaysia, bringing over 11 years of teaching experience to her role. She has adeptly handled a wide range of engineering subjects for bachelor and master degree students across various departments, including Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, among others.
Renowned for her academic prowess, she earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication with first-class distinction from IFET College of Engineering, India, in 2004. Subsequently, she attained her Master of Technology in Advanced Communication Systems with first-class distinction from SASTRA University, India, in 2013. Her academic journey reached its pinnacle with the completion of a Ph.D. in Engineering, during which she served as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at Multimedia University, successfully finalizing her doctoral studies in 2022.
Her research interests encompass a diverse array of cutting-edge fields, including user clustering, 5G networks, neural networks, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Her noteworthy contributions to academia are evident through her publications in esteemed journals such as IEEE Access, MDPI Symmetry, and Tech Science Press. The amalgamation of her academic achievements, and teaching experience underscores her commitment to advancing knowledge within the academic community.
