Biography
Norishamsawati bt Ishak received her Master in Human Resource Development from University Putra Malaysia. Her Master was in the area of development and management of human capital, with emphasis on training development. She i teaches in the area of Malaysian Studies, Ethnic Relationship and Intercultural/Multicultural Studies. Her experience is not only in teaching but also as a programme coordinator at several private colleges (SEGi and Cybernetics International College of Technology). She is actively involved in numerous training programmes such as Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M) and Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) conducted by the Malaysian government.
