Biography
Ts. Dr. Lee Fong Yee, serves as an Assistant Professor within the esteemed Faculty of Computing and Informatics at Multimedia University (MMU) in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. A distinguished academic, Dr. Lee earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), where her research focused on responsive web development with a particular emphasis on user acceptance in human-computer interface design. Complementing her doctoral credentials, she holds a Master's Degree from Open University Malaysia, specializing in the ICT, Multimedia, and Media Studies Master's program. Dr. Lee initiated her academic pursuits at the University of Wollongong Malaysia (UOW), formerly KDU College, where she achieved first-class honors for her Bachelor's Degree and received Distinction for her Computing Diploma, demonstrating her dedication to computing studies.
With a distinguished academic career spanning more than 15 years, Dr. Lee has contributed significantly to higher education institutions across Malaysia, where she has imparted knowledge to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Recognized as a professional technologist by the Malaysia Board of Technologists, Dr. Lee is also an esteemed professional member of Pertubuhan Wakaf Reka Grafik Malaysia (wREGA), the Graphic Design Association of Malaysia. Her extensive expertise encompasses diverse areas, including web development, educational technology, Human-Computer Interaction, and Multimedia development.
