Mr. Khairil Bin Anuar is a distinguished lecturer within the Faculty of Computing & Informatics at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. His extensive research portfolio spans a spectrum of cutting-edge topics, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Computer Networking, Wired and Wireless Communications, Radio Defined Networks, Software Defined Networks, and Internet of Things. Khairil's contributions extend beyond research, as he actively participates in multiple faculty and university committees, such as the MECON Co-Chair, FYP Committee, Staff Welfare Committee, ITP committee, LMC committee, Garden Tea Party Committee, Alumni Homecoming Committee, and Sports Carnival Committee, showcasing his dedication to university life and community engagement.
Khairil is widely recognized in his field and plays an integral role in the IEEE Malaysia ComSoc/VTS Joint Society (MyComVT). His involvement extends to the coordination of numerous events, workshops, and conferences, with notable conferences such as IEEE WCNC 2026, Globecom 2023, IEEE VTS 2019, IEEE ICC 2016 under his adept management. These flagship conferences have significantly contributed to the chapter's recognition and success, and they are complemented by his work on local conferences like TENCON, MICC, ISTT, and SCOReD. Under Khairil's leadership, the MyComVT committee has achieved several prestigious awards, both regionally in the Asia Pacific and on the international stage, reflecting his commitment to advancing research and knowledge dissemination in the field of communication and technology.
